We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Returns & Exchanges (Within 14 Days)

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

·        Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

·        Products should be returned in their original packaging

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address.


Refunds

·        Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 working days after pickup and quality check

·        Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase


Exchanges

You can request an exchange for:

·        Size issues

·        Product concerns

If there’s a price difference:

·        You can pay the difference (for higher value items), or

·        The balance will be issued as store credit


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

·        Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery

·        Share clear images for quick resolution

We’ll ensure this is resolved at the earliest.


 Non-Returnable Items

• Bodysuits (treated as innerwear) are non-returnable

• Items from the Clearance section are final sale (no return/exchange)


Important Notes

·        Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange

·        All requests are subject to product inspection after pickup.
