Return Policy

True comfort cannot be achieved without good quality, which is why ONEWAY reigns supreme when it comes to bringing comfort and classic together. But if it’s not meant to be, it’s not meant to be. We have an easy return/exchange process to seamlessly bring to you comfort of your choice.

Return & Exchange Process:

You can apply for Return or Exchange in your Orders section by selecting the product you would like to return or exchange.

Terms and conditions:

  • You can exchange your order within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  • ONEWAY has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any product that has been used, washed or soiled, or is damaged (except in the case that a damaged product was received by you). A return/exchange request will only be accepted if the tag is intact, and the product is in its original shape and unworn.
  • In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped within 4-5 business days after the completion of the inspection of the product and simultaneously pick up the original product from you.
  • If you choose to exchange an item from your order from ONEWAY for another item from ONEWAY of the same or different value, in that case, the differences in amount will be charged to you if exchanged item is of the higher value, and differences in amount will be refunded to you after successful pick up of the original item from you if exchanged item is of the lower value.
  • All exchanges are subject to your delivery address being serviceable for an exchange and stock availability.
  • You can return your order within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  • The tags should be intact, and the product should be in its original shape and unworn.
  • We will pick up your return order and the amount of the refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • In case of cash on delivery, your order amount will be credited in your store wallet within 4-5 days.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours in case you received damaged products, otherwise your claim will not be entertained.
  • You might need to provide details like a brief overview of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
  • It will only be processed if the following conditions are met: 
  1. The product was not damaged while in your possession;
  2. It was the same item that was delivered to you; 
  3. It was returned in its original packaging, including the box, the MRP tag, and any other attachments.
  • In case of Return,  your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment within 4-5 days. In the case of Cash on Delivery, the amount will be credited in your store wallet within 4-5 days.
