Shipping Policy

ONEWAY is constantly committed to providing you with seamless service at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken before your order reaches your doorstep. 

2.1 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 days, and they’re delivered within 3 to 7 days.

2.2 Order cancellation will only be accepted if the order is cancelled before shipping.

2.3 Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. For orders below ₹999, there’s a shipping fee of ₹100.

2.4 To check your order status, go to “My Orders”.

2.5 To check whether ONEWAY ships to your region/location, use the “Courier Serviceability” tool on the product page.

2.6 To know the details regarding the order delivery time, availability of Cash on Delivery for the chosen product, and more, go to "Check Delivery options" and enter your PIN code.

2.7 You will receive your order through our trusted courier partners.

2.8 ONEWAY only ships and processes orders within India. We do not ship internationally yet.

2.9 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹4,000. If you choose it, you’ll pay 20% of your order online at checkout and the rest in cash when it arrives.

2.10 If you pay for your whole order online, you get an additional 5% off.

2.11 If you cancel a COD order before it ships, we’ll refund the full amount you’ve paid. If you turn the parcel away at the door, or it comes back to us undelivered, we’ll keep the shipping cost from your 20% advance and refund any balance to the account you paid it from.
